Fidelity engineer Sai Krishna Rallabandi argues that while building single-user agents is now solved, the next frontier is group-deployed and wearable agents that are always on. He has been running an agent called Judith in a group chat among friends and family for 8 months as a real-world testbed for this hypothesis. The shift from one-to-one to one-to-many agent deployment surfaces fundamentally different engineering and social challenges.
