OpenAI announced that enterprises can access its models and Codex via existing Oracle Cloud commitments, with built-in enterprise security and governance. This expands OpenAI's enterprise distribution by meeting customers inside their existing cloud spend, deepening the OpenAI-Oracle alignment and lowering procurement friction for regulated buyers.
